Payments: All payments are to be made through drect debit and to be paid the week of the sessions booked. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly options are available.

Minimum Term - F2F: The minimum term for personal training services is 8 weeks, starting from the date of the first session. After the initial 8 weeks, you may terminate the service at any time by providing written notice. If you terminate the service before the end this period, you will be charged for the remaining sessions. 

Minimum Term - Online : The minimum term for personal training services is 12 weeks, starting from the date of the first week. After the initial 12 weeks, you may terminate the service at any time by providing written notice. If you terminate the service before the end this period, you will be charged for the remaining sessions.

  Cancellation Period: 24hr notice cancellation period is required for all cancellations of sessions. Failure to do so results in a forfeiture of session, unless the trainer approves.

Termination Policy: 2 weeks cancellation policy for the termination of Personal Training. The sessions are available for use and the client has the opportunity to retract the cancellation.

Liability: I will not be liable for any injury, illness or damage to property that may occur during personal training sessions, unless such injury, illness or damage is caused by my negligence or breach of these terms and conditions. 

Marketing: You agree to allow me to use your before-and-after photos, testimonials, and feedback for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, website content, and advertising. If you do not wish for your information or photos to be used for marketing purposes, please inform me in writing.

Photo Consent: During personal training sessions, I may take photographs or videos for instructional or promotional purposes. By using my personal training services, you consent to the use of your image in these photographs or videos. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please inform me in writing.
